BATS IN YOUR ATTIC?

NJ Wildlife & Pest Control is the leader in wildlife remediation in the Morris County area of New Jersey. As such we have more experience with New Jersey’s brown bats than any other company. We understand bat behaviors and habitats and can find entry points that have stumped the guys that tried before. We are the company that the pro’s call. We are not exterminators or handymen. We are wildlife technicians and because we work with squirrels and raccoons and bats all year round we understand the current environmental issues that are affecting them. A bat job this year is nothing like last year. These are mammals not bugs, they are thinking creatures that are affected by weather, traffic, food shortages and a multitude of other stimuli that change their behaviors and if you are not in it every day then you can not solve the problem. Give us a call for a speedy and efficient resolution to any wildlife concern. All our work is guaranteed, all our techs are friendly and hard working and hand picked and trained in all facets of exclusion, trapping, proofing and if needed handling wildlife in a safe and humane manner. We bridge the gap between our customers and the mammals that invade their New Jersey homes.

Bats are good for people!

Professional Bat Removal for all of New Jersey and Rockland County, NY.
Bats have a bad reputation that is unjustified. First of bats don’t attack people, and they won’t fly into your hair when you’re asleep. That being said, it is important to keep humans separated from bats for numerous reasons. First of all, they are a potential source of rabies, and bat fecal matter is a potential growth medium for microorganisms, such as the fungus, which causes histoplasmosis. Arthropods (beetles and cockroaches) are also associated with bat colonies, as are ectoparasites such as ticks, mites, fleas, and “bat bugs.”

Bat Friends

Our complete bat removal service begins with an inspection that includes the following:

1) Full inspection of the exterior structure; soffits, fascia, chimney flashing, shingles, siding, and every exterior seam.

2) Complete attic inspection, which includes the deep recesses of the attic where bats frequently access.

3) Sunset count to definitively locate the exact points of exit and entry.

Once we have completed our inspection, we will provide you with an accurate and honest assessment of the situation and what action we can provide for full bat removal and future bat-proofing of your home. We will provide you with “peace of mind”; knowing there are no longer bats are in the attic or house exterior or we have eliminated any health risk.

If you have any questions or are ready to book our services, please call us at 201-201-8844.

Bat in your house.

If you find a bat in your house no need to panic. If your sure no one had contact with it you can open a door or window and watch it till it finds its way out. If it doesn’t leave or you lose sight of it it’s best to call a professional to deal with it. In NJ depending on what time of day it is and how many people happen to be working with me the price to come capture any wild animal in a home and release it is between $300 and $425.
